سمعت ان جوجل ادسنس تطرد الكثير بسبب المحتوى المكرر واعرف ان المحتوى يعنى copy paste من مواقع اخرى واريد ان اعرف هل هذا الموضوع

. Water is essential for life. We can live weeks without food but only few days without water. Just to know that 50 to 70 percent of the human body is composed of water shows the important connection between water and health. That said we have to keep our bodies in no need of water to avoid dehydration.

Water isn't a nutritional component and it contains zero calories. It helps to digest food.

It helps to the absorption of food.

It helps in waste-elimination.

It makes the circulation of food through intestines easier.

It lubricates organs and tissues.

It regulates the body temperature.

Our bodies get water from fruits, vegetables, food, coffee, tea and other resources as well as water we drink. However people have different habits towards water drinking. The bad usual habit is to wait until they feel thirst to drink water. Some people who fear to gain more weight drink when they're hungry. This is another bad habit as hunger means lack of sugar and energy in ur body. It's advised as well to not drink before meals.

The water consumption should be spread throughout the day. Cold water is quicker in absorption which may enhance fat burning, while warmer water is easier to drink, this means u can drink it in large quantities.

Drinking water then is a must for everybody daily.
