Job Description:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : – Maintain the chairman calendar – Make travel arrangements such as travel request, visa request and flight timings confirmation – Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. -Prepare agenda and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings including the external meetings. – Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors. – Attend meetings to record minutes. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. – Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. -Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. -Maintain and adequate inventory of office supplies.
-Qualifications Bachelor Degree.
Gender Female
Experience 3 – 5 Years.
Other Skills Easy learner – Work under pressure – Good communication and interpersonal skills –Ability to work flexible hours. Excellent Computer Skills.
